Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up Links for March 5, 2026
Dear Families,
Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, for all grades from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Please note: Thursday, March 5, 2026, is a half day of school for all students.
You can make an appointment with classroom teachers, clusters, and related service providers in Grades 3K-4. The “Sign-up” links will be posted by the end of the day on Thursday, February 26, 2026, on our school website under the Announcements section. Teachers will also post the links in their Google Classroom and send via Remind. You will sign up for an appointment time that works best for you.
In Grades 5-8, teachers will make appointments for individual students in specific subjects because of limited availability. On Monday, March 2, 2026, parents of students in these grades can email individual teachers to set up appointments if they were not already contacted. Teachers will schedule those students in any remaining slots in their Parent-Teacher Conference scheduled for Thursday, March 5, 2026. When those slots are filled, teachers will schedule an appointment to meet with parents on another day.
